H.R. 3101: To Amend the Biomass Research and Development Act of 2000
H.R. 3101: To amend the Biomass Research and Development Act of 2000 to include heating fuel produced from biomass in the definition of biobased fuel. This bill was introduced on July 19, 2007 and referred to the House subcommittee on Science and Technology under the Agriculature Committee.
