H.R. 3274: To encourage cooperation between the US and China on energy research, development or commercialization

H.R. 3274: To authorize the Secretary of Energy to make grants to encourage cooperation between the United State and China on joint research, development, or commercialization of carbon capture and sequestration technology, improved energy efficiency, or renewable energy sources. This bill was introduced on August 1, 2007 and referred to the House Committee on Science and Technology and Energy and Commerce. The Secretary is authorized to expend no more than $20,000,000 for each fiscal year from 2008-2018.
